How to Order Online

Paypal is free to use and a very secure method for online transactions using your debit or credit card.
Click on the mirror you would like to purchase, confirm the size, confirm the colours and then press 'Add to Basket'.
To view your purchase click 'View Cart'. You can then add or remove items from the shopping cart if required.
To complete your purchase, click 'Secure Checkout' and Paypal will process your payment using their secure ordering service.
Your order will be confirmed and an automated receipt for your payment will be sent directly to your email address via PayPal.

How to Order by Post

Please send your written order complete with payment enclosed, via Royal Mail to:
Looking Glass Art, 28 Vermont Grove, Thornton-Cleveleys, Lancashire. FY5 3RJ
Include your name, address and a contact telephone number in the event of any query regarding your order/payment.
We accept Cheques with bank card details on the reverse and Postal Orders, both made payable to, Looking Glass Art
We strongly advise you not to send Cash in the post and cannot be held responsible for any loss resulting in same.
Goods will only be despatched once cheques have cleared. All payments must be in (£) British Pounds Sterling.

UK Postal & Delivery

All orders will be despatched to you via the Royal Mail Recorded Parcel Service or via Private Courier Service.
We aim to make your mirror or vase to your specific requirements and despatch within seven days or less from date of purchase.
At peak times this may vary due to high demand but we would inform you by email in this event.
All items will require a signature upon receipt of delivery.

Postal/Packaging Charges

Post & Packaging costs are free of charge to UK Mainland addresses, inclusive in the sale price.
Unfortunately we do not presently deliver outside UK Mainland including Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands.
Please contact our sales team regarding any queries concerning postal charges not included in the above.
Our sales team will also be happy to provide a quotation regarding postal charges for bespoke special order mirrors.

Returns & Damages policy

If not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item by registered post within seven days for replacement or refund.
We cannot reinburse the return postal charges or be held responsible for returned items lost in the post.
Unfortunately Bespoke commissioned mirrors are none returnable.
When returning goods, you are strongly advised to ensure you have a proof of postage certificate.
Every mirror is thourghly checked for scrathes or marks prior to despatch and are packaged in customised boxes ready for transit.
In the event of damage, please inform us within 48 hours giving full details for a replacement or refund.

Privacy policy

We only use your email address to confirm an order or reply to order queries.
We never send out junk email or pass on any customer information to third parties.
We do not ask you to join a mailing list.

Legal

All goods remain the property of Looking Glass Art until paid for in full. We cannot be held responsible for problems arising due to incorrect information being supplied by customers, Paypal or any other source. Due to the nature of the manufacturing process, the colour may vary slightly and we therefore cannot guarantee that colour will be exactly as stated. Likewise colour matching shown on this website cannot be guaranteed as an exact likeness.

While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling.

If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled.
If you cancel and have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on goods despatch.
Exception to acceptance; unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it.

We are not VAT registered at present.
